Three (3) 85,000DWT Shanhaiguan Shipyard Super Kamsarmax type bulk carriers (MV Transcenden Star, MV Transcenden Diamond, and MV Transcenden Crystal) joined our fleet.

The company and Huachen International (Hong Kong) Financial Leasing Co., Limited and Tsuneishi Group (Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Inc signed one (1) 82,300DWT Kamsarmax type bulk carriers project co-operation agreements.
2020
The company and CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Co Ltd and Shanhaiguan Shipyard to Ordered at Shanhaiguan Shipyard signed two (2) 85,000DWT Super Kamsarmax type bulk carriers project co-operation agreements to enhance and strengthen the close working co-operation between TG and CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Co Ltd.

2013
The company cooperated with its partner “Shandong Shipping” to order 10 new generation of 82,000mt Dwt Kamsarmax, operated under the Joint - venture company “STDR Marine Pte Ltd”, at Sinotrans Jinling Shipyard.

The company owned a vessel “Transcenden Time “(Singapore Flag) and the ship was bareboat chartered to “COSCO” a largest shipping company in China for 10 years.
